The 2026 LinkedIn job report is clear: the ability to use AI is incredibly valuable to employers. Currently, there exists no way for employers to test the AI use abilities of prospective employees. This is problematic as it leaves employers in the dark. The only option remaining is to rely on CVs and what people say directly. Even if every applicant is honest, there still exists no objective way to compare the abilities of two different candidates.


Therefore, to make hiring fairer for all, employers and employees, there exists only one tried and true method: an assessment. Platforms to administer testing to applicants are already widely used and are efficient. However, unlike IQ testing or behavioural testing, the expertise available in the field of AI testing is non-existent.


Due to our familiarity with cutting-edge AI research and our experience in developing AI use solutions, we are uniquely placed to build AI testing capabilities. So, that is what we are doing.
