Consultation, ideation and draft material: after initial communications, we require meetings with personnel from procurement, business operations and IT. After better understanding your AI use policies, day to day activities and procurement processes, we develop a custom Instilor session tailored to your needs. We then conduct several feedback meetings to develop ideas and ensure we are on track. This process is at no cost.
Formal negotiations: when you have full confidence in us and our work, a meeting is held to discuss scope of services, pricing and payment. During this stage, a contract is signed.
Finalisation of works and delivery: work is then completed on time and to specification. During finalisation, we remain in constant contact with key client personnel to ensure work remains on track. Following this, delivery is done in person.

Therefore, depending on your assessment of your employee's familiarity with KeyStone, we offer varying levels of KeyStone coverage from a quick recap to a comprehensive introduction. This helps sufficiently prepare Instilor attendees for ensuing live demonstrations.
Live Demonstration
Instilor demonstrations prove that KeyStone can be used to complete a variety of common tasks in your business to a better standard in less time. Adoption of demonstrated techniques will lead to increased productivity, and therefore, profitability.
This component can be customised to cover a few tasks or many tasks depending on your needs. During the procurement process, the tasks that form the demonstrations will be chosen. Further, during this process we work with your business operations personnel to ensure that tasks completed using KeyStone meet expected quality and are completed in less time than would take to complete manually.
